MainWin PetStore Project License Agreement

Contains software adapted from Microsoft Corporation and from Sun Microsystems, Inc.
The original software is Copyright, Microsoft Corporation and Sun Microsystems, Inc. respectively. 

You are receiving the Mainsoft modified source code (the “Mainsoft derivative”), not Microsoft’s or Sun's software. Microsoft and Sun have no connection with the Mainsoft derivative or endorse it.

The Mainsoft derivative is © 2005 Mainsoft Corporation. You may use the Mainsoft derivative for any commercial or noncommercial purpose, including making and distributing derivative works, provided that you accept the following terms:

1) The Mainsoft derivative is provided AS IS, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.  Neither Mainsoft nor its licensors are liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or data) arising out of use of the Mainsoft derivative.  Notwithstanding any damages which you may incur, the liability of Mainsoft and its licensors is limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for the Mainsoft derivative or $5.00.

2) This license is governed by the laws of the State of California.
